Project Registration

A form for registering a project that is carried out within UPPMAX.

This page lets you register a project that is carried out within UPPMAX. Please fill out the form as completely as possible. Fields marked with a red dot are required. NOTE that Principal must be a senior scientist.

 

UPPMAX is funded by the Faculty of Science and Technology at Uppsala University and by the Swedish National Infrastructure for Computing (SNIC) to provide high-performance computing (HPC) to the HPC community. There is no associated charge to use the UPPMAX resources for accepted projects.

 

If you want to analyze or store data from any kind of Next Generation sequencer, please register a UPPNEX project use this form instead. UPPNEX project registration

Fill in the name of the project you want to register.

Fill in the name of the person in charge of your project.

Fill in the name of your department.
Fill in the principal's e-mail address. You are more likely to get a quicker response if you use an official e-mail address (e.g. a university address).
Repeat the above e-mail address and double check that it is correct.
Fill in a phone number at which we may reach you.

Fill in the names of the persons participating in your project. Use exactly one line per member. You can also add members later, by e-mailing UPPMAX support. If someone applies for a user account in your project, they will not be allowed, if they are not on the project's members list.

Fill in words that identify your project. Use exactly one line per keyword.
Fill in the address for your project's web page. Leave it empty if no web page has been created.
