NBIS Support for Computational Resources (SCoRe)
SciLifeLab Bioinformatics Support for Computational Resources (SCoRe) is a unit at Science for Life Laboratory and part of the National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden (NBIS). The unit is hosted at UPPMAX and is a national resource and administers computational and storage resources, maintain relevant bioinformatics software and data (e.g. reference genomes), and offer associated user support for data-intensive bioinformatics and in particular Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
If you are in need of computational resources for data-intensive bioinformatics, such as you will receive NGS-data from NGI, you can apply for a project.
